Abstract: This course will provide the clinician with updated evaluation techniques as well as new therapies and pharmaceuticals in the treatment of Tobacco Dependence.
Speaker: Marie-Denise Gervais, MD
Speaker Information: Dr. Marie-Denise Gervais is the Director of Pre-Doctoral Education and Assistant Dean for Admissions and Diversity at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. Dr. Gervais is board certified in Family Medicine and in addition to her academic responsibilities; she practices in the underserved communities of Miami with a focus on school health and community medicine.
